Schedule an In-Home Reiki Session!

Reiki is gentle touch energy therapy. In a standard treatment, Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. You have the option of light touch or no touch. You can have your treatment while laying in your bed or in a zero gravity chair (provided by us). You will remain fully clothed. Whichever practitioner you choose (Sarah, Justine or Erin) will place their hands on or near the Chakra energy centers of your body in a series of hand positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, legs and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on your needs. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs at each position. The whole treatment usually lasts between 45-60 minutes. Sessions can be done in your home or at another location. Once booked, your practitioner will contact you to schedule time and location!

ABOUT REIKI:

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
