Keri Cusson is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her initial training at Happy-U Namasté in 2015 combined yoga and positive psychology and she has since studied with Om Births to dive deeper into Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. Students will find a sense of ease in every class, but are also challenged to be their best selves, mentally and physically.
“I came to yoga to find peace of mind. All the physical stuff was an added bonus and now I can’t imagine my life without yoga. It helps me breathe and heal and I hope I can share this amazing gift with not only students on the mat, but everyone I meet.”
Keri is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner and teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, prenatal, postnatal, baby and me, family yoga and a variety of yoga workshops.
Prenatal Yoga Class description:
Mom’s-to-be will find gentle movement in this comfortable, light hearted, safe space. This class is designed to help move into the body in a mindful way, releasing some of the uncomfort pregnancy can bring and also free the mind of stress and fear, cultivating strength and relaxation to promote an optimal birth. Mom’s will learn specific poses and breathing to aid their journey.
