Erin Poyant

Erin’s yoga journey began over fifteen years ago. Captivated by the focus, strength and sense of balance it provided, she now wants to share her passion and tutelage with the community. A lifelong student of physical motion, she began teaching yoga to family and friends who participate in high intensity workouts. Not only is she formally trained and practiced in the discipline of yoga, she can also easily relate to the array of physical rigors we all undergo each day. Erin uses that understanding and expertise to enable fellow participants to achieve their goals, master their technique, and find greater meaning in themselves. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Medicine Teacher Training under the instruction of Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine. During this time, she received an anatomically based training and understanding of the body from eastern and western perspective.
Following a path of holistic health, Erin became a Reiki practitioner in 2012, studying under the direction of Master Shannon Foley founder of Healing Within. Erin is currently working towards her 500 hour training with Yoga Medicine. Erin has a love for teaching and realized her passion at age 16, as a swim instructor for children of all ages. She furthered her commitment to education and instruction when earning her Bachelor’s in Education and Art from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and her Master’s Degree in Education from Lesley University in Boston, Massachusetts. Erin’s teaching and mentoring skills expand beyond yoga. As a professional, she has taught and provided therapy to children, most of whom were in particularly distressed circumstances. Through teaching, Erin is able to share the ancient art of Yoga with people of all ages and abilities. “It is an honor to be able to teach Yoga and serve my community.”

Sarah Moniz

Sarah Moniz is a certified Buti Yoga Instructor and Reiki I practitioner with a passion for health and wellness. Sarah’s classes are high energy with fun and energetic playlists that feature tribal, hip-hop, and soulful music. Each class is different and will flow with the beat of her playlist. Sarah’s intention with her Buti Yoga practice is to enjoy the workout, be in the moment and feel gratitude for the positive energy in the room.  Sarah is currently working towards her 200 Hour RYT Certification through Buti Yoga.

Justine Crowley


Justine Crowley is a Buti Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Nutrition Enthusiast and Entrepreneur. Justine is passionate about spiritual growth, yoga, meditation and sharing her mission: “To Experience and Enjoy an Authentic Mind, Body + Soul Connection.” Justine intuitively designs and creates Spiritual Jewelry and Mala Beads that assist in positive transformation and living a life in ease. Justine is currently working towards her 200 Hour RYT Certification through Buti Yoga.

Keri Cusson


Keri is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her initial training at Happy-U Namasté in 2015 combined yoga and positive psychology and she has since studied with Om Births to dive deeper into Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. Students will find a sense of ease in every class, but are also challenged to be their best selves, mentally and physically.

“I came to yoga to find peace of mind. All the physical stuff was an added bonus and now I can’t imagine my life without yoga. It helps me breathe and heal and I hope I can share this amazing gift with not only students on the mat, but everyone I meet.”

Keri is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner and teaches vinyasa flow, hatha, prenatal, postnatal, baby and me, family yoga and a variety of yoga workshops.
